Artist Katie Giard reserves all rights to original artwork. Purchased artwork is not to be reproduced by anyone other than the artist. Artist reserves the right to reproduce original work to sell for prints.

Shipping Policy

Artwork shipped within the US ships through USPS Ground. Originals are insured. If the artwork needs to be expedited, please reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

International orders are shipped only through DHL with all shipping fees and additional duties and taxes to be paid by recipient-you must directly message me about these orders and include your full name, international phone number and address to have shipping quoted effectively.

Return & Exchange Policy

There are no returns on artwork. If your shipment arrives damaged photos must be submitted within 24 hours so a claim may be filed promptly with USPS.

Missing Orders

All US orders are shipped via USPS Ground. Originals usually arrive in 3-5 business days. After that time if your order is still missing please view your attached tracking number. If your item is marked as "delivered" please send us an email to file a claim with USPS. I am not liable for stolen packages.
